Being a mom is hard. Period. Don’t get me wrong, it’s rewarding… but it’s also hard. In my opinion, one of the hardest parts is finding a nutritious meal recipe toddlers won’t wrinkle their nose at. Seriously, I’ve tried just about everything, including dancing, to get my kiddo to eat something you’d find in a garden.
