Sure, you could save some time by ordering delivery, but pizza monkey bread ensures you get a hot and yummy pie without all the grease that a lot of “fast food” pizza chains deliver.

INGREDIENTS
Pizza monkey bread dough:
4 cups of white bread flour
1 pack of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
You will also need:
Pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese (mixed)
1/4 of a stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Non-stick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2. Grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients for the dough and mix well.
4. Slowly add water and olive oil while mixing with a hand mixer until a dough like consistency is achieved.
5. Knead dough on a floured surface for several minutes.
6. Cover dough with plastic wrap then wrap in a warm towel for an hour to let the dough rise.
7. Break dough into small sections and roll each piece into a small ball.
8. Press each ball flat and place a pepperoni in the center.
9. Fill the center with cheese.
10. Roll the dough back into small balls.
11. Place balls into greased bundt pan and press them carefully together.
12. In a separate bowl, melt butter and mix with oregano, basil, and thyme.
13. Brush herb butter mixture onto dough.
14. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
15. Turn bundt pan upside down onto a dinner plate.
The end result will be pizza monkey bread with a hollow circle in the center. That hollow center is the perfect place to put a bowl of marinara or garlic dipping sauce!
