It’s easy to make, can be stored for future snacking, is inexpensive, and pretty darn good for you. INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup blueberries
3 to 5 strawberries, sliced
DIRECTIONS
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Add Greek yogurt and syrup to a bowl; mix until combined.
3. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
4. Place strawberries and blueberries in yogurt mixture.
5. Sprinkle granola on top of yogurt.
6. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
7. Place in freezer until the bark is fully frozen.
Note: This will take a minimum of 2 hours.
8. Slice or break Greek yogurt breakfast bark into pieces.
9. Serve immediately.
Note: Keep these healthy yogurt recipe leftovers stored in the freezer in an airtight container.
If you find that the Greek yogurt breakfast bark is too cold to eat, remove it from the freezer a few minutes before serving. This healthy yogurt recipe will warm up quickly, so be careful not to leave it out too long or it will melt and not hold its shape.
