1 banana
2 tbs. peanut butter
1 C. cold milk
1 tbs. cocoa powder
¼ oat flour (easy to do – simply put your oats in a food processor or blender and pulse until flour-like consistency)
¼ C. Greek yogurt
Handful of ice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well. Serve immediately.
