- Header with your full name, email address, phone number, and address.
- Date you submit the materials.
- Address of school you are applying to with the name of the hiring manager, their phone number, and email address.
- Greeting that says “Dear [Hiring Manager]”
- Body paragraphs that include your teaching experience, relevant skills, and educational philosophy. Be sure to showcase your personality and passion for teaching.
- Closing that reiterates your interest in the job and thanks the reader for their time and interest.
