Before we get to the ingredients and steps involved in this homemade yogurt face mask, let’s talk about what exactly makes yogurt so amazing for your skin. Yogurt contains lactic acid which can help dissolve dead skin and debris that accumulates in the pores as well as aid in shrinking pores so that your skin looks healthier and younger. Lactic acid can smooth rough or dry skin and may even help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, yogurt doesn’t stop there. Yogurt also has anti-bacterial properties and is rich in zinc. Both of these characteristics can help prevent and clear up breakouts.

I tried this, and right after I put the mixture on my face, my face began to burn. I washed it off and my face was really really red. I hope the redness will go away soon! I don’t know what to do, I already washed it with cold water and put moisturizer on my face. Any tips?

hello there ive tried this face mask after all yoghurt is good for you cinnamon on the other hand can have a reaction when used on your face I would reccomend using a little cinnamon like I did or not at all for everyone is different like some people cant use coconut oil but cinnamon as been known to not go well on some but otherwise this is a great face scrub if you end up with a burning sensation on your face wash off and put some cammomile on your face this should soothe the burn hope this helps or ask a pharmacist for help as im not a doctor i did use chamomile to calm skin hope this helps
