When you enter your information, including your goal weight and activity level, MyFitnessPal will even suggest settings, such as daily caloric intake, for you.
Similar to MyFitnessPal, this free online weight loss program allows you to track your eating habits. However, what sets it apart is the ability to get meal plans for special dietary needs. For example, if you need gluten-free weight loss programs, MyPlate has the option to get a special eight week plan designed by a nutritionist. Gluten-free weight loss programs aren’t the only special meal plan MyPlate offers. It can also accommodate vegetarians and vegans!
Nike Training Club App
Free weight loss programs for seniors, young adults, and everyone else aren’t complete without a fitness component. Nutrition is critical but since most of us live a fairly sedentary lifestyle, the health benefits of moving around each day should not be overlooked. This app, made by the popular athletic shoe company is totally free and includes over 185 workouts for you to choose from!
If you need a swift kick in the pants to get moving, you may want to check out this program! It’s more of a frugal (not free) weight loss program that really works; however, you do get a 7 day free trial. That week of virtual coaching from the renowned Jillian Michaels may be just the thing you need to start your weight loss journey off on the right foot.
This free online weight loss program and fitness community was started by two personal trainers who believe that health and fitness should be accessible to everyone regardless of where they live or their income level. Fitness Blender does have a premium version, but the free level is pretty darn awesome! It includes nearly 600 free full length workout videos, nutritious and delicious recipes, and more.
