Having twins (or multiples) has some obvious advantages such as double (or triple or quadruple) the adorableness. However, having twins (or multiples) can also pose some problems such as double (or triple or quadruple) the cost. Luckily for parents on a budget (isn’t that all parents?), there are some special freebies for twins available.
All of the freebies for twins listed in this article were verified by yours truly. This information is up-to-date as of June 23, 2014 and is probably the most current information on freebies for twins available on the Internet.
As you will notice, some of the freebies for twins require parents to go through their pediatrician to obtain them. While this is more effort, saving the money is totally worth it. Without further ado, let’s get to the freebies for twins!
Note: If you have multiples (ex. triplets) you can also take advantage of these great freebies for twins.

Gerber | 1-800-4-GERBER
I spoke with a lady at Gerber on the phone who would only say that parents can expect to receive high dollar coupons with a few extras. She would not provide specifics as to what the “extras” were. It has been reported by some that you can receive the following freebies for twins:
- Two 12.4oz cans of Gerber Good Start Protect formula
- 2 cute “I’m a Gerber Baby” onesies
- A coupon for $10 worth of any Gerber food product in a separate letter
Similac (Abbott) | 1-800-232-7677
Sorry, no freebies for twins here. Similac told me that parents need to go through their pediatrician or healthcare provider for special offers, but they do not have a multiples program of any kind.
Enfamil (Mead Johnson) | 1-800-BABY123
Enfamil does offer freebies for twins; however, parents will have to put in a little extra effort. Enfamil told me that parents need to go through their doctor or pediatrician who can contact their local Enfamil sales rep for special offers.
It has been reported that after being in contact with the sales rep, parents will need to fill out some paperwork. After that paperwork has been faxed back to Enfamil, parents get 2 complimentary CASES of formula! I think it is 1 case per baby, so if you had triplets, you might get 3 cases! A case consists of (6) 12.5 oz cans.
Beechnut Baby Foods | 1-800-BEECHNUT ( 1-800-233-2468)
I was informed that Beechnut does not have a multiples program. However, if you’re a fan of Beechnut products, be sure to “like” their Facebook page so you can stay up-to-date on any new coupons, promotions, special offers or changes to their policy on freebies for twins.
Evenflo | 1-800-233-5921
Unfortunately, Evenflo is no longer offering freebies for twins or multiples. However, if you sign up for their newsletter (by going to their website) you may receive special offers via email. These special offers are good for all babies (not just twins or multiples).
Johnson and Johnson | 1-800-526-3967
Johnson and Johnson does not have a multiples program or freebies for twins at this time, but they will send coupons for products if you contact them. You can also “like” their Facebook page to stay up to date on promotions and discounts.
Pampers | 1-800-726-7377
Again, no special freebies for twins are available from this company. However, register on Pampers.com for their monthly parent pages, and after adding your name to their mailing list, you may receive coupons and/or free samples for your babies.

FYI – Similac does have a multiples program. I got the form through my pediatrician, and they sent us two cases of RTE formula of our choice.

pampers gives out vouchers for free diapers to a certain quantity. (As of 8/25/14).

Your list is extremely small and of no help as most do not have a multiple program as you state. I found more by just googling help for multiples.

Similac does have a multiples program, if you call and ask about it and they say no, sometimes you have to call and talk to someone else. They mailed me the form with some coupons. My pediatrician didn’t even know about the multiples program!

When we had our twins in 2003 we got all kinds of free items. We needed way more and this barely made a tiny dent but it was nice and fun to receive in the mail.
From free diapers 1 pack per baby, bottles, johnson coupons for a couple large size baby products.
A few times i had to send in copies of their birth certificate.
