You know what’s missing from your life—a leprechaun printable. Betcha didn’t think that’s what I was going to say! (Although, at this point, you probably should have guessed I was going to say a printable of some kind.) Keep reading to find out why I love this printable St. Patrick’s Day craft.
Top three things I love about this leprechaun templates printable:
- It’s free.
- It’s easy.
- It’s fun.
Alright, end of post. Be sure to download your free printable leprechaun before moving on … just kidding. 😉
But seriously, do you need to hear more to sell you on this free St. Patrick’s Day printable? If so, keep in mind that after you finish this craft you can then use it as a St. Patrick’s Day decoration! But that’s not all….
When I say this leprechaun templates printable craft is easy, I mean it. In fact, if you can trust your kid with safety scissors and a glue stick, he or she can probably tackle this printable St. Patrick’s Day craft with minimal (or dare I say it, no) adult supervision. And of course, I love that this activity is relatively low on the mess factor scale; that’s always a huge positive!
There are two leprechaun printables to choose from.
Printable St. Patrick’s Day Crafts: Pre-colored Free Leprechaun Printable
The first leprechaun templates printable is pre-colored and ready to be assembled! Well, obviously, you’ll have to cut out the individual pieces (like the printable leprechaun hat) first, but there’s no coloring or decorating required. This option is great when you’re looking for a faster or less involved printable St. Patrick’s Day activity.
Tip: There’s a picture of a finished, fully assembled, leprechaun on the upper right-hand corner of the sheet. Have your kid refer to this picture when assembling the leprechaun as it can act as a guide!
Bonus: Want to use the finished free printable leprechaun as part of your St. Patrick’s Day decorations? Pair it with these shamrock printables and four leaf clover printables.
Printable St. Patrick’s Day Crafts: Printable Leprechaun Coloring Page
The second leprechaun printable needs to be colored before it can be assembled. Having your kid color all of the individual pieces, including the printable leprechaun hat, will keep your child entertained for longer. That means it’s great if you’re looking for a printable St. Patrick’s Day craft that will take up more of the day, for example if the weather outside isn’t hospitable.
Tip: There’s a picture of a finished, fully assembled, leprechaun on the upper right-hand corner of the sheet. While your kid can refer to it for guidance, tell them not to feel restrained. If they want their leprechaun to wear something other than green, that’s totally fine! 🙂
