Lemon Cake in a Jar Recipe

¼ C. lemon cake mix
1/8 C. water
Powdered sugar (optional)
Lemon zest (optional)
8 oz Mason Jar
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour ¼ cup of the lemon cake mix into the jar and add 1/8 cup of water. Stir well. The consistency will resemble pudding.
2. Place the jar in the microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes.
Note: Keep an eye on it! This burns easily and 1 minute in my microwave was perfect.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and a little lemon zest (if you wish) and enjoy!
