Homemade Halloween Party Face Paint Recipe
As a mom, one of my favorite parts of Halloween is dressing my little guy up. Though I’m biased, I think he always looks super adorable. Like spontaneous “AWWW!” adorable. 🙂 In order to achieve this level of cuteness, I often need more than just a simple costume. Yep, usually, something like Halloween party face paint is need.
However, I’m not super keen on putting store-bought paint on my kiddo’s face. First off, it tends to be chock full of unpronounceable ingredients. These ingredients can cause irritation like itchiness and redness. Plus, there’s also the risk that he’ll ingest some. Seriously…it seems like every time I turn my back he’s putting something in his mouth. That’s why I prefer to use homemade Halloween face and body paint.
Like homemade bath and beauty products, homemade face paint is more natural and (generally) gentler on skin. In addition, with this Halloween face paint recipe you have a lot more control over the colors you get. It seems like whenever I look at Halloween party face paint at the store the color selection is pretty limited.
As a mom, I trust this homemade face paint recipe to help us have a spook-tacular Halloween!
