What are the Actual and Difference columns for and when would I calculate these?
I have completed the Expenses and Expected columns but am just confused by the last two.

Hi Natika, The actual column is the actual amount of the expense the difference is what you budgeted vs. what the actual expense was. Hope that helps. ๐ Kelli
