1 ¼ lbs. stew meat
1 small onion, diced
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup beef broth, low sodium
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. rosemary
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. olive oil
1. Coat crockpot well with nonstick spray.
2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large dish.
5. Place onions, mushrooms and garlic in bottom of crockpot, top with stew meat.
6. Add broth and rosemary to slow cooker.
7. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
8. Stir in Greek yogurt, cook an additional 30 minutes.
9. Serve over egg noodles.
