Enjoy Worry Free Workouts with Poise Impressa
Do you enjoy working out? I’ll be the first to admit it is not my favorite activity in the world to do, but I love how good I feel after I’ve worked out which is why I try to exercise about four times a week. One of my favorite exercise classes is a kickboxing class that I take on Tuesday mornings. The instructor has great energy and good music which are essential for me to be motivated to do my best every class.
Though I enjoy the class, one aspect I don’t enjoy is when we do various exercises that require us to jump up and down in the air. Without going into too much detail, since the birth of my son, jumping in the air now is a very different experience (and not a pleasant one) than it used to be. Let’s just say I have to limit the amount of fluids I consume before class and even then there’s no guarantee I won’t have an unsightly situation when class is over.
This is why I was so excited to get to try these new Poise Impressa Bladder Supports. Now I won’t have to worry about if I drank too much in the morning or if I don’t get a chance to use the restroom before class starts because Poise Impressa has me covered. Hip hip hooray!
I headed to my local CVS store to pick up my Poise Impressa, but they did not have them in stock yet, so I purchased my sizing kit on CVS.com. It was super simple and I was pumped to see they had an online coupon for $3 off. Within minutes it was in my shopping cart and within about five days I had it in my hand. Easy peasy!
What I absolutely love about the Poise Impressa Bladder Supports (besides that I don’t have to worry about rushing to the bathroom during or after class because of leakage issues) is that they have varying sizes to fit your individual needs and it is super easy to determine what is best for you.
If you pick up the Poise Impressa Sizing Kit you will receive two of each of the three various sizes of bladder supports along with a helpful instruction booklet. You will need to determine which size is best for you based on the internal fit, not the amount of leakage or how much you weigh. It is recommended you start with size 1 first and if you still leak then move to size 2 then size 3 if necessary. Once you determine your size then you can purchase a 10-count pack of that particular size. By the way, my sizing kit included a $4 off coupon for (1) package of Poise Impressa Bladder Supports Size 1, 2, or 3 (10 ct or larger).
The instruction booklet provides step by step instructions of how Poise Impressa works along with other useful information. Poise Impressa is inserted like a tampon, but it does not absorb leaks, it is designed to help prevent them. You can wear Poise Impressa Bladder Supports for up to 8 hours in a 24 hour period, and you do not need to remove them when using the bathroom, so if you need longer protection than just one exercise class, you’ve got it.
If you are thinking of picking up a Poise Impresa Sizing Kit be sure to download this $1 off printable coupon at CVS that is available until all are claimed.
