Savings Chart Update Week 13: Completed Local Gym’s Annual Survey for FREE Guest Pass = $10 Value
Recently my family joined a local gym. Well, more specifically, just my son and I joined because I wanted to save the money by not adding my husband on the membership since he likely would not use the gym regularly.
Last week I was happy to notice in my Inbox I received the annual survey from our gym to complete, and in exchange for completing the survey I would receive a free guest pass ($10 value). Of course, I promptly completed the survey and as promised this week I was emailed a free guest pass.
Now that the weather has turned colder and our outside activities have been greatly reduced, I thought it would be fun for all of us to head to the gym on Saturday morning as a family. We could drop my son off in the playroom and then my husband and I could go workout. Now that I have a free pass, I would not have to pay the absurd price of $10 for a single visit for my husband. Yay! So, this morning my husband and I had a nice workout, my son ran off a bunch of energy in the playroom, and we saved $10, sounds awesome all the way around!
This week’s savings brings my annual savings chart total to $3,017.39. Head over here to check out my Week 1-12 savings chart entries.
