34. Planet Smoothie – Here’s another possibility if you’re looking for a somewhat healthier kids birthday freebie. Birthday club members get a FREE smoothie on their big day! Note: Obviously, not all smoothies are healthy (some are loaded with sugar), but if you’re careful there are options that will prevent bouncing-off-the-wall syndrome!
35. Starbucks – Register a Starbucks Rewards Card and on your birthday you’ll get a complimentary handcrafted beverage OR one complimentary food item and a 15% coupon to be used online! For kids birthday freebies, I recommend a non-coffee based frappuccino (basically a milk shake), tea, or bakery item unless you think your child is old enough to consume coffee.

36. Baskin Robbins – Joining the Birthday Club entitles your little one to kids birthday freebies like an ice cream email and a special discount on a birthday cake.
37. BJ’s Brewhouse – Premiere Rewards members will score a birthday treat (such as a free pizookie with purchase) as well as earn points that can be redeemed for free food and drinks just for dining at BJ’s.
38. Cinnabon – Okay, this kids birthday freebie could technically fall under “eats” but let’s be serious… all that sugar? It should probably go under “sweets” right? Anyway, sign up with Cinnabon and get a coupon for a FREE Minibon as well as a birthday treat.
39. Coldstone Creamery – Join the Birthday Club and you’ll get a “Buy 1 Get 1” ice cream creation for your birthday. Yum!
40. Dairy Queen – Join the Blizzard FanClub and get a coupon for a “Buy One Get One” free Blizzard treat and an extra special something on your birthday.
41. Dippin’ Dots – Kids birthday freebies from Dippin’ Dots include fun interactive games and a free Dippin’ Dots – all you have to do is sign up for the Dot Crazy email club.
42. McAlister’s Deli – Famous for their sandwiches, huge baked potatoes, sweet tea, and melt-in-your-mouth cookies, McAlister’s is a great and frugal way to celebrate a birthday. Sign up for their email list and you’ll get a sweet birthday freebie. Note: I put this under “sweets,” but they don’t specify what the treat is (they just say “sweet treat”)… it may in fact be a tea.
43. Mimi’s Cafe – This adult or kids birthday freebie ensures you have cake for your birthday… and what would a birthday be without cake? Sign up for the e-club and get a free slice of crepe cake for joining and another free slice on your birthday!
44.Panera Bread – Get a MyPanera card and you’ll start to receive special discounts, freebies, and a birthday reward!
45. Smokey Bones – Snag a free dessert on your birthday by joining the Bones Club… hopefully it is as finger lickin’ good as their BBQ ribs!

46. American Eagle Outfitters – Save 15% during your birthday month by joining the AE rewards program. While this isn’t technically a “kids birthday freebie” it’s a great way to save on some new duds!
47. Aveda – Sign up for the Aveda Pure Privilege Program and you’ll receive exclusive offers and a birthday gift valued at $20. This kids birthday freebie is awesome for teenagers and older kids.
48. Benefit Cosmetics – Is your little girl all grown up? Create a “Benefit” account and shower her with kids birthday freebies in the form of gifts from this cosmetics company.
49. Charming Charlie – Join the CharmClub and earn 10 points for each $1 you spend plus get a special birthday bonus. Note: If you haven’t been to Charming Charlie’s, I highly recommend you check it out. The store is a great place to score inexpensive yet stylish purses, shoes, and accessories such as jewelry. CVS – CVS might not seem like the best place to score kids birthday freebies, but with the ExtraCare Beauty Club, you can always take 10% off of beauty products bought there plus earn $3 ExtraBucks rewards on your birthday. This is a great way to save on new cosmetics your child wants to try out including nail polish colors.
51. DSW – If your daughter is already getting to be a bit of a shoe hoarder, take advantage of kids birthday freebies from DSW. Sign up for their rewards program and you’ll get a special offer on your bday.

53. Hot Topic – Got a tween or teenager going through an “alternative” stage? If so, you’ll definitely want to take advantage of this kids birthday freebie/discount: Join the HT Guest List and receive special savings offers on his or her birthday.

We only have one kids birthday freebie in the form of experiences; however, that doesn’t mean this is the only option. If there’s a place you really want to take your child to, call and ask about kids birthday freebies or discounts. Most places are pretty accommodating!
61. Chuck E. Cheese’s – Okay, this isn’t technically a kids birthday freebie, but when you join the Chuck E-Club, you’ll get a rewards calendar for 10 free tokens (which can be used on your child’s birthday).
