1 lb. ground turkey
¼ lb. turkey sausage
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. rosemary
2 cloves fresh garlic
1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
3 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
2. Scoop off enough mixture to form a ping pong sized ball, pack firmly.
3. Repeat until you have formed all your meatballs.
7. Serve over noodles or just as they are for a meal lighter on carbs.
