If your life is perfectly under control, 100% smooth sailing, you can stop reading this now. If, like most of us, your life can best be described as “hectic”, “complicated”, or “busy”, read on… this free printable daily planner is for you.
This free printable daily planner is meant to help you organize the many facets of your life. In the past, I’ve offered up a variety of free printables including this weekly menu planner and this work schedule; however, this planner strives to be an all-in-one solution.
This planner offers up a section for your to-do list, any appointments, meals for the day, and any notes such as things you need to remember from phone calls to meetings. In my opinion, the best way to use this is to print out several sheets at once, hole punch them, and add them to a three-ring binder. I would print out a minimum of 7 (a week’s worth) of daily planner sheets; however, a month’s worth would be better.
Once you have your printed planner sheets, take some time to fill out what you can. Add a date to each sheet, jot down any appointments or must-dos for the specific day. Then keep that binder handy! I promise it’ll help your life seem a little more under control.

Note: Many people opt to just use their phone or computer system in place of something like this. If an electronic device is easier for you, for example, if you’re always on the go and can’t tote a binder around, then by all means… use an electronic device. In my day-to-day life, I find having a physical copy better. I can quickly jot down information (without having to log-in to my phone, pull up a calendar app, find the right day, etc. etc.). Psychologically, I feel better physically crossing something out than just deleting it from a screen… like I’ve accomplished more. However, that doesn’t mean my way is right and yours is wrong. Just give the free printable daily planner a try… what have you got to lose?
